Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) Launches ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ Plantation Drive in Ecotech-III

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), in collaboration with the Industrial Business Association (IBA), organised a plantation drive in Ecotech-III under the nationwide ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign. The initiative aims to promote environmental conservation by encouraging citizens to plant and care for trees.

During the event, Additional CEO Saumya Srivastava, along with his wife Surbhi Srivastava, planted saplings of Peepal, Neem, and Amaltas along the roadside. Senior GNIDA officials, including Additional CEOs Srilakshmi VS and Sumit Yadav, OSD Archana Dwivedi, and members of the Industrial Business Association also participated in the campaign.

Addressing the gathering, Saumya Srivastava urged residents, industries, and institutions to plant at least one tree and take responsibility for its proper care. The campaign is part of Greater Noida’s broader mission to increase green cover and create a cleaner, healthier urban environment.
